With the introduction of the Personal Injuries Assessment Board Act, 2003, all personal injury claims must be submitted to the Injuries Board (Formerly know as the Personal Injuries Assessment Board) before an application may be made to the courts. We provide advice on the application procedure and assist you on taking the next step in your claim if you are not satisfied with the outcome of the Board.
